About Me
Hi, I'm Greg. A secondary maths PGCE student at the uiversity of roehampton. I've always had a passion for rmaths even if I've not always been the best at it. Having to work at maths is what makes me such a strong tutor, knowing every mistake or potential misunderstanfing so I can adequately explain topics and ensure a complete picture and build a love of the subject.
My Experience
I am currently undertaking my PGCE so have plenty of classroom experience, I also have a strong knowledge of the natinal curriculum and how to work with students with varied learning needs. I have tutored for 6 years, from preparing pupils for the 11+ to helping others ace their further maths A-level.
My Qualifications
I completed Maths, Further Maths, Chemistry and Physics A-levels, achieving A*, A, A*, A grades before undertaking Natural Sciences at the University of Nottingham, specialising in maths and physics. I achieved a 2:1 at university and am now studying for my PGCE and am learning about current pedagogy and the science of memory.
