My Experience

Over the past three years, I’ve built strong experience caring for children of all ages through regular babysitting for families in my local community. These experiences have helped me become dependable, patient, and creative in keeping children safe, happy, and engaged.

I first began by looking after my younger brother, which taught me the importance of patience, responsibility, and empathy from a young age. Since then, I’ve expanded my experience to working with multiple families, tailoring my care to each child’s unique personality and needs. Whether it’s creating fun activities, helping with homework, preparing meals, or supporting bedtime routines, I always aim to make every moment both fun and meaningful.

In addition, I’ve volunteered as a teaching assistant, supporting nursery and SEN (Special Educational Needs) children with their learning and social development. I’ve also led group activities like dodgeballv, arts and crafts, and story time helping kids build confidence, teamwork skills, and creativity.

Parents describe me as warm, reliable, and attentive, and I take pride in creating a safe, nurturing environment where every child feels included, supported, and encourage them to thrive.

My Qualifications

I hold several key qualifications that strengthen my ability to provide safe, supportive, and high-quality childcare. I’ve completed the Level 2 Safeguarding Children Training Certificate, the Introduction to Safeguarding for Teachers and Staff Certificate, and Bullying Awareness Training for teachers and staff. I also hold a Paediatric First Aid Certificate, ensuring I can respond calmly and effectively in any emergency.
