I have worked in childcare for 8 years in and around Chester and Manchester. This ranges from working in baby rooms all the way up to toddler rooms in nursery's. I have 3 years experience working very closely with SEN (parents and young people). I am currently unemployed due to personal reasons but spend my time babysitting for my parents neighbours and also puppy sitting.
My Experience
I have three years of experience working in a SEN school, where I support children with diverse needs through tailored learning, care, and communication strategies. Before this, I worked in a nursery in Manchester as a temporary baby room leader, developing a nurturing environment and overseeing daily routines, planning, and staff coordination. Alongside these roles, I worked closely with Amasing, taking children to Britain’s Got Talent and delivering creative, community-based sessions—including after-school activities at a local school in Hoole and Saturday morning arts and crafts workshops. Across all settings, I have built strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues while fostering confidence, creativity, and personal development in the children I support.
My Qualifications
Early Years Education level 3 diploma and certificate.
2 years at University of Manchester studying Educational psychology (left due to Covid-19)
My Availability
I like to travel so would prefer to have weekends off. I am able to discuss and be available for evenings if necessary.
