From sleep deprived to a happy family again

After 4 and a half months of being severely sleep deprived with out 5 month old baby we decided we needed help to at least getting longer stretches at night. Because our little one was waking up every 2-3 hours and it had become exhausting. Thats when I found Liz, read her reviews and decided to book with her.
Let me tell you that she was amazing. Very caring and nice and made me feel totally comfortable leaving my baby with her for the night.
The first 2-3 nights were the “worst” while he was adapting to the new changes and now a week after he went from waking up every 2-3 hours to sleeping from 7-7 which is amazing!
Sometimes you need a bit of help to understand what your baby is needing and more when you are a first time mum. Liz is very knowledgeable and I would absolutely recommend her to anybody that is struggling with their baby’s sleep.
