My Summary

My Experience

I spent three months in Spain as an au pair, looking after three children aged between 4 and 12. It was an incredible experience! During their summer holidays, I was their primary caretaker and we enjoyed a variety of activities like baking, crafting, and playing together. I often took them to the local pool and explored their town, making lasting memories along the way. We did workbooks and I taught them English.

I also previously worked in a private school in town as a playworker, after school and during the holidays. I organised games, activities, and creative projects for children of different ages, making sure they were safe, happy, and engaged. I gained valuable experience supporting routines, managing group dynamics, and adapting activities to suit different needs and energy levels.

I’m passionate about cooking and baking, and I loved baking and decorating cookies with the kids during my time as an au pair. I’m also very crafty, often making things or drawing. My experience as an au pair has helped me develop skills in assisting children with their homework and engaging them in fun, educational activities.

My Qualifications

I don’t hold formal childcare qualifications, but I have completed training in areas such as child safety, first aid, and activity planning, alongside my hands-on experience.

My Availability

Mostly weekend and evening childcare.
