My Experience

I have experience working with children of different ages, supporting their daily routines, learning, and development in a safe and caring environment. My role has included supervising play, assisting with educational activities, helping with meals, and ensuring children feel comfortable, happy, and supported throughout the day.

I have developed strong skills in communication, patience, and understanding, which allow me to build positive relationships with both children and their families. I enjoy creating engaging activities that encourage creativity, social interaction, and confidence while helping children develop important life and learning skills.

Through my experience, I have learned how to respond to children’s individual needs, manage different behaviours calmly, and promote a positive and inclusive environment. I understand the importance of safeguarding, health, and safety, and I always ensure children’s wellbeing is the top priority.

I am passionate about helping children grow and reach their full potential by providing guidance, encouragement, and support. My experience has strengthened my ability to create a nurturing atmosphere where children feel valued, respected, and motivated to learn and explore.

My Qualifications

I hold a Merit in my Early Years and Childcare T Level, which has provided me with strong knowledge of child development, safeguarding, and supporting children’s learning through play and structured activities. My qualification has helped me understand how to create safe, inclusive, and engaging environments where children can grow, develop, and build confidence.

In addition to my academic qualification, I have completed First Aid training, allowing me to respond quickly and appropriately in emergency situations and ensure children’s safety and wellbeing at all times. I have also completed Food Hygiene training, which enables me to safely prepare and handle food while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and health.

These qualifications have equipped me with the skills and knowledge needed to provide high-quality care, support children’s development, and maintain a safe and nurturing childcare environment.
