About Me

I have worked in childcare for over 20 years now. Returning to work as a childminder following a break to have my youngest child.

My Experience

I have been in childcare over 20 years now and still love what I do! I have experiance with all age ranges and many types of children and parents. I’ve worked as a nanny, in nursery and as a childminder. I have twins experience, newborn experience, and newborn twin experience, and experience with special needs. I am also a mother myself.

My Qualifications

I am an ofsted registered childminder and nanny, have first aid and food hygiene certificates am DBS checked, and have taken training on the EYFS . I like to keep up to date doing further courses so am always adding to my knowledge. I am insured. I can do basic Makaton signing. I have GCSE's and A levels and a degree (psychology including a module on developmental psychology). I also have a clean driving licence and my own car insured to carry children. I can cook and promote healthy eating.

My Availability

Ideally only looking for 2-3 days preferably monday and tuesday. For shorter hours I could be flexible if we can work it around commitments I have with my own children.

I could possibly offer some holiday availability but can only guarantee term time. Funded hours are term time only
