About Me
Hi,my name is Michelle, I am an energetic, married mum of two grown up daughters.
At present I am a nursery practioner from 8am-3.30pm 5 days per week and a part time nanny 3 evenings a week. I love my job and count myself very lucky to be part of each child's life, helping them achieve, learn and develop. Before joining the role of a nursery practitioner in 2019, I was an Ofsted registered Childminder for 14 years and gained an "Good" grade from 'Ofsted' on my last inspection, which was in 2016 and an "Outstanding" grade before that. I strongly believe in nurturing & caring for each child as if they are part of my family, and to build their confidence in each new step, be it potty training, being ready for nursery or school etc. I have a vast knowledge of Child Development and can support each child in all area's, such as Communication and Language, Personal, Social and Emotional development etc.
I am now looking at become a nanny fulltime from August 2024 so please contact me if you would like to meet me.

I have 19 years experience in childcare, learning & development.
My Qualifications
I have an NVQ3 in childcare, learning & development and a recently updated Paedeatric First Aid training along with Safeguarding and Food Hygiene. I am also DBS checked yearly which is ongoing and my latest one is dated July 2024, which will be updated again from then on.
My Availability
From August 2024 I will be available to work 5 day per week as I am leaving my role as a Nursery practitioner and after school nanny.
