My name is Chelsea Heine
I have worked in child care since 2012 and I absolutely love it! I have worked with a variety of ages as a nanny and in a nursery. I am currently the deputy manager of a period at nursery but have 10 years of experience working with children aged 3 months-5 years. I now have a 6 year old son of my own. I am well organised, well mannered, reliable, caring and have great leadership skills. I am very passionate and enthusiastic about working with children. I am a confident child carer who enjoys being active and carrying out many different activities with children. I have excellent communication skills and can form a great relationship with children and their families. I love to travel, socialize and spend time with my little boy. I also hold a full UK driving licence.
My Experience
During my college course I took part in work experience in the reception class at a primary school for a year and with a childminder for another year. After college I got a job at Old Macdonalds Day nursery in October 2012 where I worked in the Baby room (aged 3-20 months) as a Nursery Nurse. I was then promoted to a Senior Nursery Nurse in October 2013 until December 2013 when I left to do some travelling. I then returned and became the unit manager of the lower pre school room at Anouskas. I then moved to run the baby room until I fell pregnant with my beautiful baby boy. Since returning to work I have been the unit manager of the baby room at their Chorleywood nursery to being promoted to the deputy manager in the leverstock green setting
