My daughter Lily has been looked after by Pattie since she was 7 months old. Lily is always excited to see Pattie and vice versa! Pattie was very welcoming from the start and put my mind at ease about leaving Lily to return to work by arranging a settling in session and keeping me well informed during that first session. On occasions I have had to stay late at work and Pattie has always been very accomodating. I enjoy getting pictures from Pattie when I am at work showing me what Lily has been up to and getting observations and updates on her progress. Pattie has a lovely home and treats the children she cares for as one of the family. We feel very lucky to have found her!
