I contacted Mel at the last minute as I needed someone to look after my 14 month old while i went to a funeral nearby. I've never used this website before (or a childminder) but noted that Mel has had a large number of reviews and consistently gets 5 stars. She was amazing right from the start responding quickly to my emails in a very professional and friendly manner. As soon as we arrived at her home my son was happy to have a cuddle with her and I had no bad feelings about leaving him. When I later picked him up he was still all smiles and not really ready to come home! Unfortunately i live in London so won"t be able to use Mel on a regular basis but I would whole heartedly recommend her, a very lovely, smiley, trustworthy person with bags of experience and qualifications to boot.
