Nicky has been our daughter's childminder for almost a year now and we couldn't be happier.
Nicky offers a wide range of activities for the children to take part in in the home and in the garden. The children are also taken to play groups, soft play centres and go on other outings on a regular basis which our daughter really enjoys. Since been at Nicky's, she has grown in confidence and has developed a range of skills.
Nicky's knowledge of Early Years is excellent. We are kept up to date with our daughter's progression and development. She communicates with us throughout the day and sends us lots of pictures too. This makes us so happy to see our daughter always smiling and in such safe hands. Nicky offers nutritional meals and snacks throughout the day and ensures the children are well fed.
It is a comfort to know that our daughter is looked after by such a caring, loving and trustworthy person - we couldn't recommend her highly enough. Thank you Nicky for everything you do!

This is the 2nd review I have left on here as my 2nd Daughter has been going to Nicky's for the last 2 1/2 years. She also continues to collect my other Daughter from School and she has both of them during half term, which I have to say they both really look forward to, they can't wait to get there. Nicky continues to provide that extra special care for my girls whenever they are with her whether it be out and about or in her lovely home.
Like my eldest Daughter my youngest loves Nicky in the same way, she to settled in from the word go, there has never been any problems. My youngest has started Nursery part-time but Nicky still continues to look after her and collects her from Nursery. Nicky always makes sure I am up to date with the goings on at Nursery & School that day and if there has been any problems etc, which is always very helpful when you can't be there yourself.
I really don't know what I would do without her, she is wonderful and the children think so too.

I unexpectedly had to find a new childminder for my 3.5 year old daughter. I was nervous as had used the previous childminder for 2.5 years and was unsure how my daughter would settle. Nicky has made the whole process very easy and it's safe to say my daughter loves going there. She always comes out smiling and in the few short weeks she has been going seems to have developed a special bond with Nicky already.
Nicky does lots of activities with the children, attending playgroups, soft play and arts and crafts. She provides lovely nutritious home cooked meals and my daughter never comes home hungry. It's comforting to know Nicky provides a home from home and I get plenty of pictures of the daily activities which are always lovely to receive at work. I would highly recommend!

Nicky is a fantastic childminder! My daughter had only been cared for by family members since I returned to work, so I was very nervous of leaving her with anyone, and was very anxious she would not settle.
As soon as I visited Nicky, I was put at ease I knew my daughter would be happy, safe and well cared for with her. Nicky is very warm, approachable and her house is impeccable, within 5 minutes of being there my daughter had crawled off to play without a care in the world and was giving Nicky cuddles.
From the day my daughter began to visit Nicky I have seen her grow in confidence and thrive in Nicky's care, which was a reflection of how Nicky's nurturing nature and knowledge of the Early Years as aided her development.
Whenever we arrive at Nicky's house my little one cheers and says she will have fun! While in Nicky's care my daughter has experienced a wide range of activities and regularly visits play groups and goes on little outings, which she greatly enjoys. She provides lovely nutritious meals and snacks, which tempt even the fussiest toddler.
I have also been in the fortunate position to teach some if the children Nicky has cared for all of which have started school happy and ready to learn, they are always excited to visit her after school.
Thank you for your hard work and dedication!
Would highly recommend her to anyone!

Nicky has looked after my little boy for 2 years now and I couldn't be more pleased
As soon as she met him she made him feel really welcome into her home and from day 1 he loved her !
It's such a lovely feeling to leave him and know he is well looked after and in great care
Nicky is always doing something with the children which I think is great!
My little boy is always excited to being with Nicky for the day and can't jump out of the car quick enough
We are extremely lucky to have found such an amazing childminder !
I would recommend nicky to anyone and would only ever leave my children with her !

I currently send both my children aged 3 and 1 to Nicky 3 days a week. Both children really enjoy going to Nicky's, especially attending the different play groups and ball parks.
I do not have to worry about any aspects of my children care while they are with Nicky, as I know they are in more than capable hands. I feel at ease leaving the children while I go to work.
The home cooked meals are great and it's great to know my children are having the same nutritious food that they would be having at home.
Nicky always goes that extra mile to help both the children and us as parents. Nicky will always work with you to overcome any issues you may come across while your children are going through them difficult stages!

Nicky is an excellent childminder - she cared for my 2 children (aged 2 and 5) when I went back to work part time. She always made the children feel at home and comfortable when with her and both of my children settled in very quickly when usually they were very clingy to me, which was comforting to know that hey were happy and enjoyed spending their time there.
Nicky would always have daily activities organised to keep them entertained, on the days where my children didnt go to Nicky I would always have complaints and questioning as to why they wasnt going as they had so much fun with her (much more fun than at home I was told!)
The food Nicky would provide was amazing - always a healthy balanced nutritious meal, and both of my children ate better there than they did at home!
Nicky is a very caring a loving person who is dedicated to her job and the wellbeing of the children in her care. If I ever need a childminder again I would not heistate to contact Nicky! Thank you Nicky for all your help! :-) xxx

Nickyhas looked after my two daughters for 6years. My girls love it there and very often dont want to come home with myself as she provides many interesting activities and they love being with her.
I would recommend Nicky as a reliable caring childminder. Nicky always has the children in her care in mind with everything she does.
My children are coming to the age wbhere they wont need a childminder soon and they say they still want to go when in senior school! That says it all.
When you are a full time working mom it is a comfort to have someone like Nicky look after your children.

Nicky cared for our son after school daily and on the odd school holidays too.
She is totally dedicated to her job and shows nothing but care and love for the children in her care,as well as safety and well being.
She has a natural way with the children and the children themselves sense that as soon as they enter Nickys home,which is clean and very welcoming.
Her food that is served is second to none,to the point my son would rather have eaten at Nickys than at home!!! She built up a great relationship up with him and he always felt secure in her care and on a couple of occasions he confided in her rather than us about small problems he was experiencing at school,which Nicky informed us immediately and the matters were to put to bed.
I can do nothing but speak highly of Nicky and her family and would not hesitate to recommend any prospective parent looking for care,from a baby to school ages. She was flexible with times etc and helped us in any way she possibly could when our work hours were over lapping. My last words are" Nick your the best!!! "and thats from our son xx

Where do I start.. Nicky has looked after my daughter from 9months old, she absolutely adored her and instantly a strong bond was made which made me feel at ease. Nicky fed my daughter healthy nutritious hot meals and always provided a caring fun and stimulating environment. Nicky attends various groups and activity places which I feel really helped my daughters social skills and made her time spend in childcare fun. Over the years we have collected paintings, cards, hand crafted gifts and drawings all created with love and with the support of Nicky.
She is a fantastic person who has all the qualities you could wish for in a Childminder.. She has supported my daughter through her baby and toddler years and now at 4yrs old she is a beautiful young character who is ready for big school.
Nicky goes above and beyond the calls of duty she is a true credit to her profession and I couldn't have asked for more. Nicky also cared for my son during school holidays and he always felt comfortable and cared for too, her desire to entertain the kids is really comforting, knowing that she treats them all individually and makes sure they've all had an enjoyable time with her is lovely.
Nicky you are a very special person and i just want to say we appreciate your genuine dedication and the true desire you show in your job.. I'm so glad we picked you!! Xx
