Have used nafee before to look after my children and found her to be nice caring and professional. however on this occasion I had booked her to look after my child in the evening (5 till 8pm) I let her know I wasn't going to be local and 45 mins before she was due to collect my child from her day childminder to have her till 8 she messages me to let me know she can't. this left me in a serious position as I was 2 hours away and had no one else to collect my child. it meant me leaving and rushing back. it also did not help that she sent me one text message and then ignored my calls and messages untill 730pm. I understand emergencys happen but I think if you book and are responsible to look after a child you should atleast ask if im able to sort something else out 45 mins before you're meant to have my child knowing I'm 2 hours away. really disappointed.
