Maria and her husband Dimi have looked after 2 of our children over the last 4 years (now 5 year old boy and 2 year old girl). And plan to send our youngest (currently 3 months old) when I return to work! Our older children are jealous when the babies go to Dimi and Maria's.

I highly recommend them, without reservation. They provide outstanding care in a safe and clean environment. They work beautifully as a team and have never let us down. With both my husband and I working, this is really important to us.

We first sent our son there after we'd had a bad start with another childminder, and they worked with us to help reassure us that they were taking great care of our little boy. They sent pictures of him having fun and settled him in gently over several days, at the pace we were comfortable with. When it was time for our daughter to go to them, she'd never spent any time away from family before. She transitioned to staying with them beautifully, because Maria and Dimi both worked to make her feel safe and loved. They cuddled her to sleep (as thats what she was used to) and that made a big difference to her enjoying her time there. They have both gone above and beyond the call of duty for us when we've had family or work emergencies. I trust them with our children gladly and feel so lucky to have them in our children's lives. Our son who is now in school still speaks fondly of his time there, especially with Dimi.

The house is always well kept, but full of toys and learning material. The food they provide is great and the kids never come home hungry!

Communication with them is clear and easy. They answer texts, calls and emails promptly. They charge fairly and are clear with billing.

We've also had Maria babysit for us in our home, arriving just before bedtime. She managed to get all 3 kids (7,5 and 2) to bed on time and happily! When we asked the children in the morning how it went, they said they'd wished she could come earlier to play more!
