My Summary
About Me
*Please note I live in Nunhead SE15 but moving to North Chingford end of August. Looking for ad-hoc/temporary work before then. When I move to Chingford, I’ll be available for regular part-time roles.
Hello Families!
I am an experienced, fun and calm babysitter and nanny. I am passionate about children's development and strive to utilise and apply my natural creativity and theoretical knowledge learnt from my psychology degree to my professional practice. I have experience in both school and private settings and have worked with all ages – from babies to young adults – and with a range of special educational or additional needs such as dyslexia, autism spectrum disorder, Down's syndrome and mental health difficulties.
I hold a first-class honours in BA Psychology (focusing on education). I have worked as a 1-1 teaching assistant in a primary school, and as a trainee teacher in a SEND secondary school. I also worked as a full-time live-in nanny for 1 year caring for 3 children (1, 3 (non-verbal autistic) and 6). Further to this, I have had several long-term part-time and ad-hoc nanny/babysitter roles.
I am creative, love being outdoors and cooking and baking in my spare time.
I am available for ad-hoc babysitting. I am currently based in Nunhead, SE15 but moving to Chingford at the end of August.
