I have offered Emma as a childminder to friends who have had to return to work with confidence. I have had Emma have my little girl. My little girl settled with Emma very well and she helped her settle in with the other children doing little group activites to suit all their ages at home and in the community. It really supported my daughter with being without my company as she was very clingy and didnt like going to anyone else but Emma would always have something for her to do on arrival to pre-occupy her for her to settle as i left this made it easier for me also.

Emma kept me up to date what was going on with her through the day and the activities she was doing. Emma is so great with children and all the children in her care are happy and enjoying their time with her. Thank you for the time you had Amy with you and i would definatly use you again should i require childcare support again x x x Regards Jackie.

Due to a change in my job i needed to find a childminder who was flexable, friendly and proffesional.

Emma was recommended to me through a work college who's child had already been visiting Emma on a regular basis

Emma instantly made my son feel welcome in her home and our first initial meeting was warm and friendly. Emma had every aspect of my son's childcare and development covered and i instantly felt comfortable with my son being in Emma's care

My son has always enjoyed extra curricular activities and Emma imbraces this. Emma is flexiable and reliable and happy to pick my son up at various diffent times after school so he can continue to enjoy his activities. Due to the hours of my employment Emma is also keen to helpmy son whith any homework he may have which means we get some quality time together when we get home.

Enmma is also flexiable with her time and on a number of occasions has looked after my son when i have needed to stay at work late and is always happy to help me when its needed

My son is extreamly happy with Emma and often comes home with things he has made including cards and cakes, we also have some lovely sunflowers in the back garden which Emma and my son grew together from a seed.

Emma is a fantastic childminder and a warm caring person and i would be happy to recommend her to anybody who may need a chilcare provider. I am gratefull that i can relax in the knowledge that throughout my sons schooling he can be looked after and enjoy his afternoons after school with somebody who has a terrific work ethic and always treats my son with a caring and atentive attitude.

Emma is amazing shes so good with my little girl who is 13months,
lily's been with emma since she was 6months old, i was so worried to leave her at such a young age but as soon as i met emma she made me and lily feel so welcome into her home and lily bonded with her straight away.

emma gives each child there own book to take home at the end off each day so you no what theyve done, and how theyve been though the day.i find it so helpfull as you can see how your childs been.

emma also does alot off different activities each week ,over the last few months my little girl has really enjoyed going to the farm, planted her own sunflower, and made a lovley father day gifts and last week lily met some baby owls which she really loved.

My 19 months old son Anthony has been with Emma since he was 7 months old and thorogh he enjoys his days with her.My son has settled really well with Emma and her family, who are welcoming, friendly and all fantastic with children.Since day one it has been nothing but smiles from my little one which is not surprising when he has such a great time with her and other kids.

Its made my returning to work very easy as i know he is in a good hands.
Anthony does a variety of activities at Emma's house including baking and painting and has a wide variety of toys at his disposal. She involves the children in many different activities which are both fun and educational.Emma has celebrated all the usual holidays and special dates with my son. He has brought home some beautiful paintings and art including Mothers and Fathers Day gifts, the most beautiful gifts we have ever got.Anthony is also taken to various play groups and has chance to interact with other children.

Emma keeps me up to date with anything that happens during the day including any new words or any meals he has pushed away which allows a smooth transfer of his routine at hometime.
Emma is the best decision i have ever made with regards to childcare and i would have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone.

Thank You very much for a great first year
Anthony xx

Emma has been looking after our daughter since she was 11 months old, so nearly two years now. As our daughter went to Emma's from a young age we were nervous and worried about leaving her with someone we didn't know, but Emma was very quick to reassure and relax us. When we went to collet our daughter we saw how much fun she was having as she didn't want to leave! (got to be a good sign!) Emma has proven to us she is trustworthy and reliable. In fact she has gone beyond the basic childcare requirements, Emma has been a life safer on many occasions and we cannot thank her enough for all the support and help she has given us! Our daughter is treated as one of the family...Emma is like a second mum, they have a lovely friendship & bond.In this time our daughter has learnt to walk, interact, share with other children and learned many skills through play. Emma gets the children involved in many different festivals such as Mothers/Fathers Day gifts,Easter baskets, Halloween, Health week...This week our daughter had a brushing teeth exercise and this will be followed up by visiting the dentist too! My daughter also celebrated Chinese New Year in a Chinese Restaurant and wore the chinese hats. Our daughter has also learnt about fire safety and the fire escape route when a local fireman visited Emma's house. Finally our daughter's favorite day is farm day...she spends the whole day playing at the local farm or growing or picking the vegetables from their allotment. As I said Emma is amazing with the children and is more than just our childminder...I would strongly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a good childminder.

Emma has been looking after my son for 4 years after I had decided he had outgrown his private nursery. Since this time she has proven to be reliable, trustworthy & indispensable. As a full time working mum it is a difficult to juggle everything but Emma has proven to be a godsend. Since my son went to Emma she has provided him with a safe, stable, relaxed '2nd home' where he is treated as one of the family. Emma provides an excellent learning environment for all children in her care and embraces all aspects of child development. All children in her care are fully catered for and activities are geared to their ages, including sand & water play, role play through dressing up & suitable age related toys. Over the years Emma has celebrated all the usual holidays & special dates with my son & he has created some fantastic art & craft work associated with these festivals, including Christmas tree decorations, Mothers Day gifts, Easter baskets, the list is endless. My son has visited a Mosque, celebrated Chinese New Year in a Chinese Restaurant & visted many local parks & woodlands, where he has engaged in nature activities including pond dipping. This is just a small sample of the types of activites my son has been involved in. Emma takes the children to a nearby childrens farm, where she has recently leased an allotment where the children can assist in planting their own produce, before harvesting it & bringing it home for their families to enjoy. All of my sons' early development was recorded in photo's & a work book that kept me fully informed of his activities, which not only reassured me, but provided me with a lovely record of the things I missed out on. As a serving police officer I am only too aware of the anxieties parents face when looking for a trustworthy childcare provider, therefore I have no hesitation in recommending Emma to look after your child/children.

Emma has been looking after my son for a while now and I have personally known her for almost two years. Before going to Emma my son use to be cared for in a local nursery,I actually tried three nurseries before i decided that none of them provided good enough care for my son. I myself am a qualified nursery nurse and can honestly say i am 100% happy with the care Emma provides. She definately has the 'firm but fair ' approach, the children she cares for all respect her and understand the clear boundries she sets whilst still enjoying themselves and having fun!. I often find myself asking for her advice and parenting tips. Emma is very flexible on the hours she works and will always be there to help in any childcare emergency. Emma offers a real 'home from home' feel which i feel is a big bonus, the children in her care all have such a bond, almost as if they were brothers and sisters, all looking out for each other, which Emma encourages by teaching them to all be kind towards to each other. Emma offers a variety of activities, catering to all children, one of the most popular being the weekly farm trip where the children are able to play, see animals and even have their own allotment.
