My Requirements

We are looking for a friendly, fun and organised full time nanny or nanny-housekeeper for our 8 year old daughter and 10 year old son, and we live in Oaklands, Welwyn, Herts., together with our two cats. We would also consider a part time before and after school nanny who can work full days during the school holidays.

The role would involve the usual nursery duties, driving the kids to and from school, calendar management, organising play dates, taking them for fun days out during the summer holidays, helping with homework, light housework, running errands, shopping, helping with the cats and cooking simple meals.

We would like:

- a nanny experienced in looking after more than one child at the same time, and ideally with experience with working with children with SEN (but not essential) as the kids have ASD (Aspergers) and one has ADHD;
- a non-smoker;
- someone who can swim;
- someone who can drive, with a clean licence;
- First aid trained with DBS checks and excellent references;
- someone who is highly organised and proactive;
- a loving, personal and caring person but also someone who is able to set clear boundaries for the children.
