Susan worked for us from 2014 to 2021 (with a one year gap while I was on maternity leave in 2017). She played a huge role in our family life, nurturing our daughters and helping them develop and learn, and providing incredible support to me and my partner as parents. Susan feels like close family, and now as a friend continues to be hugely important to us all.

Her empathic, child-centred approach to nannying has helped our children develop confidence, self-esteem, independence and social skills – and a brilliant and mischievous sense of humour!
