Connected with my little girl immediately, she absolutely loves to spend time with Allan. Amazing atmosphere, family based business, kids learn, play, always out in different places, my baba gained so much confidence and larned how to share and play with other kids!

Fun and adventure

Meera, our daughter was around 19month when she started with Allen. On the first day she got in the car with no trouble and absolutely no tears. As we haven't got a vehicle they offer pickups and drop offs for a quite reasonable price.
Every day she returned very happy. She really bonded with her childminder and gave him lots of cuddles when saying goodbye at the end of the session.
We received pictures and updates throughout every day. They were always out and about in playgrounds and soft plays. Meera is very active so it was a good match.

Thanks Allan

My youngest is looked after by Allan and he has blossomed into a confident boy.
After leaving a not very ideal relationship and environment for a child to flourish in a year ago my son did not have a lot of confidence or trust esp in males.Im really proud of how far he's come along with the attention Allan gives him and look forward to hearing all about his day which Allan tells me in great detail.Very nice family home environment also and always chirpy when I see him no matter how many toddlers in the car lol

attentive and nurturing

We are so grateful to Alan and Debby. From the very start they were attentive to our concerns about the way other child minders tend to settle children in (i.e. leaving them cold turkey with no time to settle in and get used to the strangers). Instead Debby and Alan were happy to let our daughter settle in slowly, allowing me to join them for as many sessions as I wanted, going at a pace that worked for all of us. I really appreciated their their flexibility and sensitivity.

Since then, Esme, our daughter has come to really love her time with Alan and Debby. She literally dances around the room when they pull up in the car to collect her. But they are still just as attentive as they were right from day one - always checking with us how she is when they collect her, always letting us know how long she's slept, what she's eaten, how many dirty nappies etc.The other thing we really like is that they go out every day to different places and Esme always seems to be doing different things.

We feel really lucky to have them and couldn't be happier.

Our son loves him?

Really happy with the care Allan provides to our son. Once Fabian sees Allan he straight away gives a big hug and won't let him go?Our son is looked after 3 days a week and everyone we say in the morning that he gonna go and meet his friends and have play time he is always happy and gets his shoes ready?Allan did babysitting overnight for Fabian and our eldest son too,they had great time and all was dealt with great!Highly recommended ?

Best decision we ever made!

Allan has looked after our 20 month old daughter for over a year and she absolutely adores him. When he comes to pick her up in the morning she runs to the door excited to see him! As a new mum I was anxious when I had to first hand my daughter over to someone else to look after her, but Allan sent me videos and pictures of her through the day (and still does) so I can see how much fun she is having. Allan and his partner, Debbie, have been like an Aunt and Uncle and have been very flexible and accommodating when we have been in a fix - they even stepped in to care for our daughter at short notice when we went into labour with our second child. They are always out and about with the children, at farms or parks or play centres, and they model polite, calm and loving behaviour which my daughter has picked up on. I am forever grateful that we chose them to care for our little one and would make the same decision again in a heartbeat.

Our daughter's best bud!

As a new mum I had no idea how to find someone to meet our childcare needs (being a shift worker with no family closeby) and put an advert out on this website. I waited a couple of weeks and then Allan got in touch with me to say he could manage my 13.5 hour day, with pick up and drop off home (I can't afford a car myself). So we met up and I knew pretty much instantly that he was the Nanny for us!
Allan has a fantastic way with our daughter, they bonded very quickly, and we have always felt that she is in very safe caring hands. I asked for an inspirational, outdoors kind of nanny, and Allan ensures she is always going on new adventures and he and his partner Debbie take the kids in their care to loads of places like Washbourne farm and Paradise park.
I like the fact that Allan works so closely with his partner in providing childcare, our daughter almost always has other children to play with on her one day a week with Allan. She is now very adept at going out to new places, and is always very keen to interact with other children, and I feel that her nanny has definitely contributed towards this.
On a personal level, Allan is always punctual and courteous. His easy going approach works very well with our daughter, although I know that if boundaries are needed he is able to provide a firm and clear 'no' when required - and stick to it!
In short - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Allan as a nanny or childminder
