Hi, my name is Karen. Im 35 and i live in Aylesbury with my husband and daughter. I enjoy socialising with friends and family, going to the cinema, listening to music and shopping! I am hardworking, reliable and friendly. I have nanny experience, currently working for a family. I worked in nursery setting for 15yrs as a level 3 practitioner working my way up to a deputy and i have gained alot of experience over the years with 0-5 yrs.

My Experience
I have experience of working with children aged 2months-5years over the last 16 years. I attended College to study childcare for 2 years where i did work experience in different settings. I qualified with a NVQ3 (Diploma in Childcare) in 2007. Since then i worked in a Children's nursery gaining experience in all rooms as well as being Deputy manager. My daily tasks were caring for the children throughout the day, providing activities and following their routines, whilst ensuring health and safety is followed.
In April 2023 i became a nanny to a family working Full time and i absolutely love it! I like to take the children out and about to toddler groups, socialise with other nannies/children, attend soft plays, farms, parks etc and enjoy doing crafts and activities with the children too!

I currently hold a Cache level 3 Diploma in Childcare and education
