We had a very disappointing experience with this nanny. She initially seemed enthusiastic, bubbly, and eager to help, and after two weeks of trial we signed a contract with her. However, just one week later—right after school had started and the children were settling into reception, she quit suddenly without giving any explanation, despite having told us just a week earlier that this arrangement suited her very well.
This was especially difficult because she had been hired for a nanny share, including school pick-ups, and she left us and the other family completely stranded just days into the arrangement. She gained our trust and our children’s trust, only to walk away a few days after starting.
In addition to wasting significant time and energy, she still owes us money that she promised to transfer back but has not, and she no longer responds to messages.
While she comes across as warm and enthusiastic, our experience showed that she was not professional.

Antonia has worked with our family for three years, looking after our children from small babies all the way to pre school age. She adores kids and is one of the most kind, caring people you could wish to meet. Because she has such depth of experience, she has been super helpful in supporting us with getting into good sleep patterns, weaning, potty training etc. She is very outgoing so plans lots of fun developmental activities for them, working around their normal routine. Antonia always shows up in a positive happy spirit, the kids love her as do we. She has become a real part of our family.

Antonia has been our nanny for the last 3 years and has been simply brilliant! She adores children - is kind, loving, and outgoing, and is passionate about creating an engaging, fun environment where they can develop. I love the fact that Antonia always thinks about different activities on a daily basis and plans ahead. It doesn't matter what the day, Antonia is here with a smile on her face and is an absolute joy to be around. Antonia started with our first daughter at 10 months old in a sharing arrangement with a friend's child of the same age. She then progressed on to our second daughter at 8 months old (now nearly 2), again in a sharing arrangement. I cannot speak highly enough of what Antonia has done for our two children, but also our family. Both myself and my husband have busy jobs and the stability and support of a nanny who you trust explicitly is so fundamental. She is incredibly easy to be around, flexible and adapts to each families needs. Would highly recommend.
