I used Alev to look after my 2 and 4 year old kids while I was on a business trip. When I returned, my son’s eczema was really bad. When I checked the internal cameras I realised she hadn’t bathed them all week and only did it once, on the morning of my return. Poor son’s skin got so dry and he got rashes all over because of this as he has eczema. I never saw his skin so red and raw all over and he’s been scratching and crying. When I asked Alev, she said it was because there was a problem with heating but of course she should have told me about this and the fact that she hadn’t bathed them. She hadn’t said a word to me obviously thinking I wouldn’t know any better.
Also she left and got her friend to come and stay with the kids instead of her one night and didn’t tell me, again, thinking I wouldn’t realise. Completely unacceptable - do not use her.

We consider ourselves very lucky to know Alev and absolutely adore her. She has looked after our now 19 month daughter as part of a nanny share with another family who have a lovely little boy of the same age. We are relocating internationally next month and are very sad to be parting ways. Alev has such a kind, nurturing and warm manner with the children and invests a lot of time and energy in creating and organising fun activities for them. She is very thoughtful and sensitive to their needs, and our daughter loves her and looks forward to seeing her. I had complete peace of mind returning to work knowing she was so well cared for, particularly as Alev is great at keeping both Mum's updated during the day. We have loved our nanny share arrangement and Alev's professionalism and lovely nature have helped to make it such a great experience. Alev is a very experienced nanny and we cannot recommend her highly enough. We will miss her terribly when we move.

I have asked Alev to help with my 10 year old daughter twice on short notice and she has been fantastic, I agree with everything the other reviews have said. She is a warm and kind person and completely reliable, I am very grateful for her help.

Alev looked after my then 16 months old daugther for 3 months every Thursday when I worked from home. I am a very protective mother, who doesn't trust other's looking after my daughter easily but with Alev I always had the peace of mind. She is very friendly, punctual and easy to get on with. She has also been very helpful trying to help my daughter eat, who is a very fussy eater. She can cook variety of healthy meals for children. My daughter really warmed up to her and even sometimes cried as she left. Unfortunately, I had to end my working from home arrangement and get back to working in the office but we are still using Alev for baby-sitting. I can highly recommend her for nanny and baby sitting positions.

Alev has been helping me for one month now with my 17month old daughter. I cannot recommend her highly enough. She is punctual and friendly, thoughtful and caring and really takes initiative in helping around the house with domestic things like washing up and unloading the dishwasher. She plays games and plans activities with my little girl that I am sure are aiding her development. Alev's past experience and studies means that she has a deep understanding of child psychology and this makes me feel that my baby is getting the best care emotionally when I am away from her. I wish I could afford to keep her to myself!

Overall
Alev has a very 'can do' attitude-I always felt confident leaving my children with her. She is helpful and positive and genuinely loves her job and the children she cares for. She had sole charge of my 18 month old until he went to nursery and during that time she helped him develop in so many ways, socially and through play. Alev always wants to have fun with the children but also sets boundaries and the children thrive on this. I would recommend her to any family with her many wonderful qualities, she still babysits for us and the children are always happy to see her!
