Viviane is an amazing childminder who inspired us trust from day one and proved us right since then. She has formed a quick and now very solid bond with our daughters and provide great care to them. She is looking after our almost 2-year old girl on a daily basis (have been for 6 months now) and used to do school pick up as well to collect our eldest at the nursery school.
From the beginning she was really good at reassuring us, communicating with us, sending us daily updates and photos of the activity she was doing with our baby, what she was eating (she provides meals throughout the day) etc. and we could see the variety and the fun it was for her.
Viviane has plenty of books, toys and resources to entertain and educate children and give them space to experiment and express themselves.
We quickly saw how it made an impact on our daughter's development as she started pretend reading books, piling everything up at home, doing things on her own and singing songs that we hadn't taught her. That was brilliant to see.
Just knowing that while we're at work someone is giving our baby girl full attention, care and love is precious and makes our life so much easier.
We would recommend her to anyone looking for a nanny as she's truly great at her job and is a delight as a person.

Vivian has been looking after my son since he is 7 months old....he is now turning 5.
I could not have wished for such a professional, reassuring and caring childminder for my baby when I return to work after my maternity leave.
Vivian is really a second mum to my son. He was walking at 10 months and was talking at 1year and and half all thanks to Vivian excellent methods. She played a massive part in his development, and his growth as well thanks to her delicious meal.
Her flexibility is a real bonus for mums that have long shift at work.
I will recommend her to any parents and cannot wait for her to take care of my next child!

Vivian is the most amazing childminder I have come across.
She prioritises the needs of children in her care and puts them first, whilst engaging positively with parents through feedback and providing regular photo updates of children participating in various activities such as; trips to parks. I completely trust Vivian and my children absolutely adore her. With my children in Vivian's care, I have the peace of mind that they are well-looked after. Vivian is also very flexible as I have asked her (on several occasions) to drop my children off to school at the last minute and she always accomodates our needs. Vivian is very professional, providing invaluable insight into the development of children in her care. She is truly a safe pair of hands and someone I can rely on to relay messages to teachers in my absence. Vivian, is a treasure and I will always recommend her because I believe she is an exceptional example of everything anyone could ever want from a childminder.

From the first day I took my child to Vivian, i felt at home with her and so did my child.
She is very professional and a really good minder. She takes very good care of my daughter, and keeps her really clean and comfortable and also communicates me on whatever my child is doing periodically with pictures, which keeps me really settled. And when I come to pick my child, she is very reluctant to go with me. And even after I moved away from Canning town, i still travel all the way to give her my child because I haven't been able to find any one like her.
I strongly recommend her to any mum looking for a minder.
Your child can't be in a more safer hands when you are away.

Viviana used to stay with our 3 daughters and she has been handling them with great care and love. they have this special bond and it is peace of mind for us.
she is a professional , she is flexible and understanding. I recommend her with no reserve.

I cannot recommend Viviana highly enough. She is a warm, loving, fun and very experienced childminder. She helped make the settling in process as easy as it could be. It made it a bit less difficult for me to go back to uni, knowing that my daughters were being well taken care of. In fact, they really blossomed in the years they spent with Viviana. They did lots of creative arts and crafts projects. Viviana's house is also very well resourced with interesting things for the children to do, focused on different areas of learning. Viviana also seemed to do very well at encouraging the children to interact with each other in a thoughtful and kind way. She is the best!!

it is really peaceful for me to know that my twins are in a good hands...
I found Viviana always friendly, smiling even when i am running late "lool"... she teaching them a lot of things. i am really happy of Viviana works.

Viviana is just the best of the best! After moving house i was worried about finding my daughter a good Childminder in our new area. Straight away Viviana was able to settle her in with no problems. She has a very warm and friendly personality and treats all the Children as if they are her own.
She provides a wide range of stimulating indoor and outdoor activities throughout the day and my Daughter comes home having learned something new each time! Her house is very well set up with lots of resources for the children. 9 months on and my husband and i are very satisfied and happy parents!
I would definitely recommend Vivian's Childcare services to everyone, she is just absolutely amazing and my child enjoys every moment spend in her home.

I feel so blessed that I found Viviana, she has been so great with my son. Viviana was definitely for me the best choice to look after my boy. She has been remarkable and shown lots of patience and kindness. You can easily see in her the experience and professionalism that she has.
I strongly recommend Vivana to anyone who is after a childminder to trust with their child.
For me Viviana is a 5 starts and I will always come back to her services...

I am very glad to have Viviana as my childminder because she takes the best care of my child and to the best of her ability and always makes sure that I am satisfied with her work. I totally recommend her as a childminder she's the best I've had so far??
