Communication could of been better

Janet was lovely upon initially meeting up. We discussed a position of a night nanny two nights a week for my twins, which were due in August. Approximately two weeks before I was due to have my babies unfortunately Janet stopped returning any of my messages. She left me completely in the dark and I had no alternative but to arrange another nanny at very short notice. Still to this day it is unclear what happened. I obviously hope Janet is ok but found her a little unprofessional. If she did not want the position it would of been nice to have known to avoid me a lot of stress at the very late stages of my pregnancy. I don’t like to give bad reviews, as Janet was a lovely person And seem perfect but her communication could of been much better.

Wonderful lady

Please please please call Janet if you are looking.
We hired her services 6 months ago it sit our 15 year old daughter who has mental health issues and this lady will be my friend for life as well as my daughters. Her manner with children is second to none. Professional and most of all a rock to have support you with your child/children .
