We used Jay when we were visiting London from Sweden and were staying at a hotel. I had to work late some evenings and Jay was super flexible in meeting our needs. My daughter had a wonderful time with Jay who took great care of her and kept her entertained and happy while I was away. Jay is a friendly and caring person and my daughter has requested her to babysit again!

Jay has been a nanny for my daughter (18 months old) for the last few months. She has been incredible - winning my clingy daughter over and helping me to navigate this time with my first child (I may be the more clingy one!!). Jay is reliable, professional and I trust her with my little one. I highly recommend Jay, she has an innate ability to care for children, I feel very fortunate to have found her!

Jay has been watching my daughter C weekly for 6 months now, since C was 4 months old. She is extremely attentive, punctual, and motherly; trusting her with C was immediate for my husband and me. She is also a joy to talk to and a shining light of positivity in the house! I cannot recommend her enough.

Jay is fantastic, she fits in so well with our family and is so caring and loving towards our son. She has learned how to care for him when he is well and also when he is unwell and is competent in chest physio therapy, operating a bipap machine, sectioning, peg feeding and giving medications. Jay has never let us down and has such a brilliant bond with our son who adores her as do I and we feel very lucky to have found her

From the first conversation with Jay I knew we would like her.She has excellent communication , understanding, humour and also empathy! I have a tricky situation at present with moving my 3 kids (Twins who are nearly 9 and a 5 year old) to London and my youngest has been particularly tricky being unsettled.She has been patient and firm with him whilst also being playful with his cheeky personality.
My other son has moderate special needs and he has welcomed her into his world very quickly.
When I left for work one evening my daughter was unsettled but Jay whipped out the paints to enjoy some art with her and even had half the new bunk bed up for me upon my return.
She also suggested a visit out which the children are really looking forward to!
Im a single working mum and i have really appreciated having her help

We met Jay about six months ago through my NCT friend Sarah and her daughter Lily.
Jay recently started occasionally babysitting our two year old son Ronan and we couldn't be happier. He is a real covid era kid who has spent the majority of his life at home with mum and dad. He has had a lot of trouble settling in with his part time nursery, and hadn't been babysat in over a year. We were a bit worried leaving him with a babysitter because of this, but hoped that because he had met Jay it might make it easier. He's a lovely sensitive kid, but can be a real handful and gets quite bad separation anxiety.
Much to our surprise he was delighted with Jay and had a fantastic time with her. He spent the rest of the day happily chatting with us about what they got up to on their morning together. We are used to a lot of tears at drop off and pick up at nursery, and there was none of that when he was with Jay.
I wouldn't have any hesitation reccomending Jay. I've seen her many times with Lily out and about, and Lily is always happy and well behaved for her. Ronan was totally at ease with her as well.

We are so, so lucky to have Jay as our part-time nanny. Our little girl Lily (17 months now but has known Jay since she was 10 months) absolutely adores her - they have a beautiful relationship which is heartwarming to see. Jay takes Lily out all the time and encourages her to try new activities and make new friends. Lily has really gained in confidence since meeting Jay. From our perspective, Jay is clever, positive, honest, warm, patient and extremely reliable. She’s also an excellent and clear communicator. She’s full of ideas and is a fantastic influence on us too, giving us more confidence as well as Lily! We love her and anyone would be lucky to work with her. I’m very happy to chat to anyone who would like to find out more.

Jay looked after our 1 yr old son Raphie, as well as helping out with our 4 year old Albertine and Jay was amazing with both of them. From the moment we met her my wife and I felt very comfortable with Jay and her attitude and empathy to the children was brilliant.
I cannot recommend her highly enough.
