I had a last minute booking with Sam. The kids really liked her and she got on well with them. She has a very calming presence.

Today was my first time leaving my son with a babysitter, I was very nervous but Sam made me feel so at ease!
Sam gave me a very thorough report on his day and how he had been.
When it was time for Sam to go home, my son got so upset and wanted her to stay which shows me how much fun he had.
Thank you for being so caring, making me feel at ease and answering all of my questions and even coming out of your way to Great barr!

Thank you darling he was a little darling. I loved him and liked to sit close to me, which I liked
Sam has been very professional and helpful. I was quite skeptical at first due to having bad experiences in the past, however Sam made me feel at ease. Sam has been my regular babysitter for the past 6 months and i will continue to book her.

This is my first time asking someone to look after my children while I work.
I’ve just come off maternity leave and have had to deal with the massive anxiety of leaving my children alone and the pandemic doesn’t make this any easier.
We met Sam about a month ago for the first time.
She was really helpful and came out all the way to meet us at our home and brought along references and the required checks.
From the start, she was professional and kind and showed a keen insight into the children’s behaviors and needs.
For some background, we are a Pakistani family and are pretty traditional.
I was worried that it would be hard for Sam and my children too as everything between us is different. But Sam proved herself up to the task, showing love and understanding and taking the time again and again to improve on childcare (helping me pick out toys and water beakers for the little one). She quickly picked up on our traditional foods and did her best to adapt to feeding my baby (a huge concern for me as I did not want my daughter to fall out of routine). She always came on time and did her best to stay as long as she could. She was polite and always kept me updated. I also really valued that she was upfront and always spoke her mind.
She did drop offs and pick ups and kept my children safe.
Although I made it clear from the start that housework was not part of her job and I was happy to clear up when I got home, I always found her do all that she could to help me in my home ( I work long hours and it was always a treat to come home and find the dishes done)
I highly recommend Sam! And can’t thank her enough for all the help she has given me and my family!

As a first time mum I was apprehensive to leave my son with anyone but Sam put me at ease and was fantastic with our son. He was teething and under weather but she kept us up to date and looked after him. We will be using Sam more regularly as she has made this process stress free and our son is in safe hands!

To start, Sam is a lovely woman with a passion for looking after children, she has my daughter on weekends overnight. She is trustworthy, stimulates my child very well through playy and activities. I recommend her for your childcare needs, she's made me comfortable and assured ; that my child has the best time with her whilst I work.

Sam came to babysit for me and my little girl overnight and it was such a stress free process. She will definitely be a regular for us as my little girl loved her and had an amazing time with her. She was super caring and sweet with my little girl and the communication between Sam and I was better than I could have ever asked for.

Sam came to help us out with our daughter when our regular nanny went on maternity leave. She was quick to respond and took care of my daughter well. She is good and can be relied on, she is very punctual and caring. She came to help when we needed someone desperately and for that we are most grateful.
