Disappointed and let down

I warmed to Jaquie and her setting as soon as I met her so felt at ease putting my daughter in her setting. I had regular updates as to her progress and how well she was settling in and was so happy that my baby was settled. After 6 weeks (of one day a week), Jaquie texted me to say that she could no longer care for my little girl (17 months) as she was asking for mumma too much and it was upsetting the other toddler that was there. It was totally unexpected and broke my heart that Jaquie didn’t even ring me to discuss any issues. If you have a child that won’t settle somewhere straight away, I wouldn’t recommend Jaquie as don’t believe she enjoys a challenge!

After four years of having lots of different children, all my families have been happy with the care they receive here and all the little extra's they have with me, I help people out to the best of my ability. I am sad with this review, there were reasons as to the situation, but would rather not air for the public to know private business.
