Estera might be the greatest childminder in the world but I will never find out. She agreed to take my daughter mid August. I wanted to see her before that date but she has cancelled our meeting replying that she won't be available till mid September. I have agreed to the new date. When I was about to leave my house I have seen her message. She has cancelled our meeting wishing me all the best in finding the best person for my daughter. After messing me around for three weeks she had the nerve to cancel our meeting because I was running late even though I have informed her that I might be late depending on my daughter's nap time.

Dear Marcelin, thank you for your review. With all my respect I think that you could easily let me know before our meeting time that you will be late one hour. Yes thats true that you said you MIGHT be late and will let me know but that was a day before. I am sorry but I am not available to wait for you for unknown amount of time if it has not be rearranged earlier. As there was no message before 1pm I understood as coming on time plus I did text you at 1:15pm at what time you coming. Anyways, thank you for your time.
Estera was looking after my daughter Nikola for about a year. Nikola had 18 months when she went to Estera for the first time. Estera was looking after her 5 days each week. I have been extremely happy with the care Nikola has received, and the great progress she has made whilst in Estera’s care. Estera’s home was always welcoming, clean and well organised and Nikola had great fun playing with all the toys available. She was providing a wide fun range of activities. Nikola has enjoyed messy play, drawing and sticking, puzzles as well outgoings to soft play, play groups and local library. Estera is a great communicator and had no trouble in gaining Nikola’s confidence. Estera has provided Nikola’s food each day, freshly made meals and healthy snacks such as fruits. Estera was completing a diary detailing what Nikola has done each day including what she has eaten, how long she has slept and all her activities. This helped me to feel involved with her care. All in all I was throughly happy with level of care Nikola received. The reason why Nikola is no longer with Estera is that Estera was expecting her own baby. I would absolutely recommend Estera as a great and reliable childminder.

Estera is excellent with my son she has provided healthy meals and a positive stimulating environment for him. She is very understanding of my circumstances and accommodates where she can. She has brought on my son's development leaps and bounds since he started i am so grateful for everything she has done for liam :)

Esta was so good, at last minute she was able to meet up with me and my little one before I needed her to watch him for me. Went through all of my concerns and issues and didn't even bat an eye lid she did so amazing with my little one twice he didn't want to leave!! Local and easy located and easy to communicate with, if I was ever going to but my trust in another person to have my son it would definitely be this lady here.

Esta only had my son for 3 days due to a childcare problem and I couldn't have been more greatful helped me out last minute, very professional and patient and friendly, spotless home with plenty of toys and colouring books

Estera has been an fantastic, patient, and talented childminder for my daughter Ruby who is four years old. Estera has picked up Ruby from school, prepared delicious meals and encouraged Ruby to develop all her key skills such as her writing skills and reading phonics. During her time with Ruby she conducted herself in a very professional manner and proved herself to be both enthusiastic and hardworking, developing excellent relationship with Ruby, who adores Estera. Ruby has enjoyed staying with Estera and has played with all the wonderful toys in her house.
Estera has always gone above and beyond her job role as a childminder for Ruby. We have been very impressed with her professionalism and attitude. We are very thankful for all her time that she has given Ruby and believe Ruby has been very privileged to have Estera as her childminder. Wonderful nanny to my 3 children aged 7, 6 and 5. Always going above and behond my expectations. Easta will pick my children up from school, complete homework with them, prepare meals and encourage the girls to tidy up after them selves. Always sticking to routine and very supportive. Easta will regularly arrange activities to keep children engaged and entertained. My children are so fond of Easta and I and so grateful and happy with all she does. :-)

Estera has been looking after my one year old son now for over six months and she is fantastic with him. My son is very cautious of people in general but he adored Estera from day one.
There are endless amounts of toys at her house, which she has fully dedicated to children. Her focus is solely on him and I really appreciate that extra special attention she gives to my son as being a busy Mom I can't always provide that.
Estera is great with communication and always finds a way to be available when I need her. Her home is beautiful, clean, and most of all, safe. She is up-to-date with all her training and I trust her whole-heartedly with my son. Her family are awesome too.
Estera is friendly, warm and just a lovely person. I think any child would love to spend time with her. There is nothing too big or too small a task for her, she is responsible and genuinely cares.
I would highly recommend Estera as a childminder. Estera is brilliant and you can tell this is clearly her passion in life, which I love as this is what is missing from childcare these days.
