Eileen was just incredible from the first moment. Our daughter's immediate trust for Eileen was the best recommendation I could have gotten and I did not doubt for a moment that she would have been in good hands. She was thoughtful, caring, providing advice in a non judgmental way that showed her experience without making me feel I was ever doing something wrong. She was really supportive of our family overall and our journeys as new parents which is way more than what we were hoping for when we set out to find a nanny. After our experience with Eileen it will be very very difficult to find another nanny in the new country where we moved to. She was always cheerful, creative, engaging, full of ideas and incredibly warm. Our daughter simply broke out in the biggest smile every time Eileen arrived. I felt completely comfortable with her in our home and with leaving our daughter with her.

Eileen has always demonstrated amazing capabilities as a guardian to our children. She is very responsible and always keeps our house is order while keeping our children safe.
She has a warm and inviting personality. One of her qualities I admire most is her ability to effectively juggle multiple tasks at once. We have 3 children, but watching over them along with other chores (cooking etc.) can be overwhelming. Nevertheless, she always manages to perform these tasks with grace. It has always been clear to me that Eileen loves to work with children, they are her priority. This manifests through the way she takes care of them and her kindness. She always comes up with creative ideas to help keep them occupied and creates activities to keep them entertained.
We consider Eileen as part of the family who has never disappointed us. She is very professional, proud to have up to date 1st aid training and has the highest level of respect for confidentiality.

Demilee has been looking after our little girl (now one) for the last nine months, two afternoons a week.
She has been an amazing support to our family and my daughter adores the time she spends with her. Demilee is wonderful at thinking up age appropriate activities that are fun and support learning and development.
She is highly professional but also feels like part of the family - I can’t recommend her highly enough.

Eileen has looked after my two children for over 2 years. She is always on time and is very reliable. She always goes the extra mile and will help out whenever she can. From the children's point of view they love her. She ensures that she helps them to engage in learning activities as well as having lots of fun. She adapts what she does with them depending on what we feel they need. She also manages to keep their room tidy and their clothes watched-couldn't ask for me. We are moving away which is why we don't need her any more. She is going to be much missed by everyone.

Demilee has been looking after both of my girls now for the last few months, and I couldn't have wished for a better nanny!
Both of my girls (aged 1 & 3) always look forward to Friday's when nanny Demilee comes over. They have built up a close a trusting relationship with her and are always comfortable to go to her for anything they need or if something is troubling them.
I have found Demilee to be very professional at what she does and I have no doubts about her years of experience working with children.
Once hiring Demilee, she spent the first few weeks building up a good relationship with the girls in their home environment before taking them out to play groups, parks etc. This also gave me confidence in her ability to look after the girls and that they were comfortable with her.
There's always good communication between the both of us and always tells me what her plan of the day is and checks if I'm happy with what she has planned, and she always has something fun planned for the girls!
I'm very pleased with everything that she's doing and more importantly my girls love having her around too.

Demilee has been looking after our little boy whilst we are staying in Stratford. He was just under 6 months when we arrived, and Demilee came highly recommended from another actress who had stayed here in Stratford.
Demilee is so brilliant with him. He smiles as soon as she walks in the door. She has taken him to the parent and baby play at the Leisure centre, done painting with him, the music class at the library. Always asked first if it was ok to take him somewhere new which we appreciate.
She is completely reliable, always on time, and very patient and flexible if I have had to sometimes text late at night when my rehearsal call for the following day changes.
If you are having to leave your child with someone when you go to work, especially when they are as young as our little boy was/is, you need to feel completely comfortable and reassured. We both felt happy to leave him with Demilee from Day one. She is calm, upbeat, caring and clearly loves being around children, and it has made going back to work so early in his life, considerably easier than it might have otherwise been.

Eileen looked after our 18 month daughter during our wedding and also helped our children's entertainer during the reception.
We were really pleased with her, as she managed to win our daughter round even though she was being quite clingy to another member of the family. I was very confident that she was being well looked after.
Only regret would be not booking Eileen for the morning as well!

I found the perfect nanny on this site: Demilee. We are devastated to be losing her as I go back to London this September. If I could take her back with me I would. She has been a full-time nanny to my 2 year old for 6 months, looking after her daytimes and evenings.
Demilee is a very, very experienced nanny. Her manner is kind and helpful and she respects the relationship between parent and child, establishing a lovely bond with your child but never intruding into family life. DD was immediately comfortable with Demilee when usually she is a shy child. DD's confidence has grown since spending time with Demilee and they both share a fabulous sense of humour and have a lot of fun together. My daughter has never been upset when I have left her with Demilee to go to work in the evening and if she has ever been more clingy than usual, Demilee is very good at gently distracting her with a fun activity so I have never had to leave my child crying.
Demilee has huge enthusiasm for her work. She has introduced DD to painting, play-doh, trains (bringing her own train set along to show her), messy play, and sings and tells her stories. DD sits listening, spellbound by her.She is tireless in finding new arts and crafts and things to do from drawing to playing. She encourages DD's imaginative play and because she worked in a pre-school for over ten years she is an expert in child development and knowing what stages DD needs to hit next. DD has just turned two and thanks to Demilee she can already count to 16, she knows her colours and some of her letters. Demilee is very gentle in her approach and never forces DD to play a certain way, preferring to follow her lead in play.
She always checks with me first if she thinks an activity might require my permission (finger-painting for example). She takes DD to the playground and sandpit or the butterfly farm. From day 1 she has made it her job to find new, inexpensive places to take DD to for her stimulation - the leisure centre soft play, the garden centre soft play, the Armouries soft play… I never have to worry that DD won't be safe in her care. Demilee watches and cares for DD as if she were her own child. She is as concerned as I am about the little things from nappy rash to the big things like sickness. One night when DD was ill with vomiting, Demilee cared for her so attentively - even consulting a night doctor by phone in case DD became more ill. I trust her implicitly.
Demilee's manner is upbeat and calm. She is extremely bright and talented with children but humble and polite. She has a folder with every written reference, every detail of every job she has held in childcare for over 20 years and every certificate and police check. This level of organisation and openness made me feel even more trust for her, although within seconds of meeting her I knew I wanted her to look after DD. She is so clearly honest, respectful and dependable.
I would never want to take advantage of Demilee but she has also been very helpful to me personally. We had to move house twice whilst I was here and without her help packing and unpacking the house I couldn't have done it. She is very hard working and the house looks immaculate when I get back. She will happily wash DD's clothes, cook for her and tidy up after her.
Demilee is a baby-whisperer because she understands what children need and how to talk to them and care for them.DD's confidence has grown so much and we are all very fond of Demilee. If you are looking for Mary Poppins, you just found her. I cannot recommend her highly enough. We will find it very hard to replace her.
I am happy to speak on the phone to anyone considering employing Demilee to give a verbal reference.

Thankyou very much for your lovely review, DD is such a lovely girl she has been a pleasure to look after I will miss you both very much.
We first meet Demilee 18 months ago when we were looking for a nanny for our children for a wedding we were attending. After reading her lovely reviews then meeting her we knew she was the best person to look after our children.On the day of the wedding Demilee kept them busy and children had lots of fun with her. We were so impressed with her we then booked her to look after children during school holidays and on evening and weekends. we have a very busy home with 4 children Demilee always spends individual time with each child, from painting nails with our 12 year girl or playing with playdoh with our 3 year old. All children have great fun with her and also helps with homework. Demilee cooks healthy meals for children and encourages them to tidy there bedrooms. Demilee is all we could wish for in a nanny she is kind caring reliable great fun and over all a lovely person. We are so lucky to of found her she is our mary poppins. xx

I found Demilee whilst searching for a babysitter recently. I was instantly attracted to her excellent reviews and felt she was the right person to approach for help with childcare. I wasn't wrong. Demilee arrived promptly the following day to meet with the family on a Saturday morning at our house, my daughter instantly warmed to her and she spent around an hour chatting through my preferences and routine. Demilee brought along her diary and we booked in a couple of dates there and then. Demilee has now looked after my daughter 5 times. Each time she has been not only perfectly on time but always come prepared with some distraction aids for my daughter when appropriate. She is extremely professional, intelligent and kind. Demilee has agreed to babysit at short notice demonstrating how flexible she is. She is very experienced. I honestly can't recommend her highly enough and I want to thank her for providing a first class service to date. I would have been lost without her this month and I couldn't have found a better person anywhere so thank you Demilee! Isabel and Michael Bruce
