Our little one started part time with Nikki when he was just 1 and his favourite pastimes were putting stones in his mouth and throwing himself off sofas and soft play equipment! He settled in with her beautifully and thankfully didn't give her a heart attack! She was great at making him (and me!) feel secure, and it was a lovely calm but stimulating setting for him. She also took him to some of the same baby groups we had been going to which gave him some continuity. If it hadn't been for Covid he would I am sure still be with Nikki but instead we just have to enjoy catching up with her and the girls every once in a while 😊

On meeting Nikki we had an instant positive feeling. She understood and helped us with the initial first time separation which is always difficult for mother and child. Nikki continuously kept us updated which was a great help and reassurance. My daughter always looked forward to going and made amazing progress within herself and all age appropriate activities. Nikki is kind, understanding and her qualifications, experience and knowledge not only help the children she cares for but the parents too. I would absolutely recommend Nikki as a fantastic and reliable childminder.

Nikki is without doubt the best childminder we’ve had for our two boys. She is friendly, dependable, trustworthy and incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to early years.
Nikki took care of our eldest son for 3 years before he started school, and she is currently looking after our youngest for 3 days a week. Nikki came highly recommended from a friend and I would recommend her to anyone. From day one she has treated our boys like they’re part of her own family. She is naturally very caring and nurturing and that comes across in the care she provides. Both of our boys arrive at Nikki’s house with a huge smile on their face.
Nikki is great to deal with as a parent. She’s incredibly friendly and flexible, and will always help out if she can. Communication is always fantastic and we receive regular updates and photos during the day so we know the kids are having a great time.
Nikki has also worked on developing the boys including social skills, manners, speech and writing skills.
Nikki and her family feel like an extension of our own family. I don’t think we would could trust or rely on anyone better to care for our boys.

Nikki has been amazing since the moment we met her and she got down on the floor to play with the kids. She initially looked after my 3yo daughter for 6 months before she officially started preschool in September and now looks after my 1yo son. Both of my kids absolutely adore Nikki as do we! She is calm, caring and firm but fun. She goes above and beyond to help where she can and I don’t know what we’d do without her! She’s a brilliant childminder and there’s no one I could trust more with my kids. She’s become a firm part of our funny family and we thing she’s amazing!

Nikki started looking after our two girls in November. I am so pleased to have found her. She plans so many activities for them, based around their individual interests, and they love their time with her. She really helped the girls to settle in and is very relaxed and patient. She is flexible, reliable, professional and very good at communicating with me and with my children. I am very happy to recommend her.

Nikki's currently looking after my 5 months old son. The first time she had him I was extremely anxious about my little boy being looked after by someone else than me or his daddy, but Nikki turned it into a lovely, as stress-free as possible experience. Every day she's sending me pictures of what they're doing and sends me updates of how their day is going, so even though my son's with her I'm included in everything they do. Nikki works with me on maintaining our breastfeeding routine too, which is very important to me and even though it's a hassle for her to convince my son to take a bottle, she never complaines! If anything, she's being very inventive at encouraging him and making sure he's comfortable and happy.
Another thing I love is that she does lots of crafty-arty things with him, which leaves us with beautiful souvenirs.
She's very flexible and professional. We've never had any problems and have always been encouraged to let her know if we wanted her to do anything differently.
On top of that she's a wonderful person and I can honestly say that I trust her with my little baby boy.

Both my daughter and son go to Nikki and have gained so much from their time with her, it has been a wonderful experience for them.
My daughter was one when she started going to Nikki's and on the first day she had settled in so well that she did not want to come home! My son started with her at 5 months and settled well.
Nikki has provides many exciting activities for my daughter, has made some lovely gifts for special days and has also taken her to groups to help her socialise. There is always something going on and lots of different play experiences, both inside and outside, during the day. My daughter's language skills have increased dramatically with Nikki and she talks non-stop. Her motor skills have also improved due to all the activities that Nikki offers
My daughter has a fairly strict diet and Nikki has maintained this and also checks with us if there is something that she would like to offer her or the playgroup is offering. When my daughter has eaten at Nikki's she has always enjoyed the healthy food provided. My son has been weaning with Nikki and she again checks with us when there is something she is unsure of.
I have been very happy with everything Nikki has done for both my children and I cannot praise her enough for all she has done to make their experiences so joyful. I have no hesitation in recommending Nikki.

My daughter attended for about 2 years. She thoroughly enjoyed her time there and learned a lot. I was always happy with the care an attention she received. I would highly recommend.
