Jose is currently looking after my 6 month old daughter, 2 days a week. She thinks he's great and is always pleased to see him - lots of smiles! He had a glowing reference from a previous employer who had 4 children, with the youngest being 6 months at start of job. He is cheerful and enthusiastic and takes care of all the baby's needs (feeding, changing, dressing, entertaining etc.). He plays games with her, takes her for walks, takes her to baby music sessions etc. He is happy doing all 'nursery duties' such as laundry, making purees, cleaning/tidying. A 'safe pair of hands'!
Overall
Tracy is extremely professional and a 'safe pair of hands' from the first minute. She has been looking after my 6 month old and 2 yr old, taking the baby out for walks, playing with them, doing painting and drawing etc. She comes equipped for any eventuality and willing to turn her hand to anything. I hope to be able to book Tracy again and again!

Jemma has been with our family for nearly two years, looking after our two girls (now 4.5 and nearly 3) as well as keeping an eye on dogs and household!
Jemma has a wealth of experience and applies the right balance of patience and good humour, discipline and creativity, to manage everything from the most extreme toddler tantrum to happy days out playing. She has worked long days in sole charge, being responsible for every aspect of the children's care: breakfast, lunch and tea, getting them dressed, off to school/nursery, playdates, activities, bath and bedtime. She has been reliable and conscientious and a safe pair of hands. We are only having to say goodbye to her because of a change in our circumstances.

Lisa has looked after my two girls (aged 4.5 and nearly 3) for 6 months in a sole charge role, working long days and taking care of every aspect of the children's day, from breakfast and getting them dressed, school run and activities, playdates, teatime, bath and bedtime. She is dedicated and caring and clearly enjoys her job - she even comes with her own craft chest crammed with fun things to make and do! She has also kept a cool head and reacted sensibly and speedily, rushing my daughter to the doctors when she broke out in a dramatic rash. I've known Lisa for over 3 years from when she was a friend's nanny and she helped run our local toddler group. I was very pleased when she was able to step in at short notice to help us out. Now that our circumstances have changed again, we are very sad to lose Lisa and wish her all the best in her next role.
