Incredibly competent, lovely and caring

I approached Sheila 5 months ago to care for my child who had just turned one at the time. She was incredibly accommodating to my needs (I needed some flexibility on scheduling which days and frequency). She is professional, reliable, incredible with children, but also very warm and understanding of the demands we have as working parents. She has wonderful sons who are caring and loving towards the toddlers and babies, but this also proves her abilities and empathy as a parent.
My son is now 1 year and a half and has blossomed under her care. He's happy with her and the other two toddlers with her. No complaints from their parents either. She takes the kids out regularly to play groups, parks, libraries and other social events for babies. She keeps them very busy with developmental activities and fun outings.
My son is moving on to a more structured nursery with classes etc in the fall closer to my home, which is why we are leaving the care of Sheila--but if this weren't the case, I would without a doubt continue to use her services as my full time childminder. In fact, she will always be my go-to if I ever need more help.
