Our son has special needs and absolutely adores this lady. She is patient and attentive to all of his needs caring for him after school and sometimes overnight. The most important thing for us is trust, and we have that in abundance. She is always taking our son out and about, and taking part in activities he enjoys. She has taken the time to create a special communication book for him, so he is also learning. She has been a fantastic help to our family.
Overall
Very friendly and open from the first contact, and was more than happy to come and meet my child and I prior to any decisions being made as to babysitting. Was prompt, calm and professional and have recommended to my friends too. Fantastic!
