About Me
I am a qualified Nursery Nurse fortunate enough to have attended North Devon College, one of the most sort after colleges in regards to the nursery nursing qualification. I attained my NNEB diploma in 1992 and have maintained my childcare career over the last twenty years.
I have been responsible for providing a happy, safe, secure and stimulating environment for children in which the physical, emotional, intellectual, social and psychological development of children is taken into account.
I am able to provide co-ordination of a “full development" program to ensure a balanced pre-school education and ensure a healthy balanced diet with fresh home cooked meals.
My Experience
Throughout my career I have gained a wealth of experience in childcare with ages ranging from birth to 16 years in a wide variety of roles.
I have never been able to specify a preferred age range as I truly believe that each age child has such special qualities. I spent many years specialising in newborn night nannying and have also spent time consulting with the common childcare difficulties in behaviour, eating and sleeping issues.
My Qualifications
I attained my NNEB diploma in 1992 which gives me over twenty years full time childcare experience. In that time I have maintained a full first aid certificate and have attended several additional childcare courses which I feel have benefitted my childcare profession.
My Availability
Available on an adhoc basis during the day, evenings or nights. Self employed therefore no commitment necessary. Qualified NNEB, kids personal trainer & teaching qualification for those needing kids to get out for some exercise, help with school studies or simply to give parents a well deserved break.
