About Me
Hi, my name is Elise and I am looking for full time nannying or babysitting jobs around the area I live or work.
I am a very confident, vibrant person. I can settle in and get used to routines very quickly. I am always there to help and support the people I am working with and am ready for any challenges brought to me.
I have many years of experience working in and managung nurseries with children from the age of 3 months to 5 years old, as well as nanying for a family in London, but I would love to become a full time nanny. I am very passionate about working with children, providing them with the best care I can possibly give them. I believe the child/children always come first and I will follow their lead.
I am very experienced working with young children and have completed a degree in education and early childhood studies. I have also got experience with babysitting as there are many members of my family with young children and families that use my nursery services that I babysit for.
I have an in date DBS with the update service, have a babysitting certificate, and have many childcare qualifications ready to present to all parents interested in taking me on to provide my care to their child. I am also paediatric first aid trained.
My Experience
I started my work experience when I was in school year 2010 helping a year one class in a primary school, helping to set up the room, planning and setting up activities.I helped to teach lessons, read stories and support the children with their classwork. I also supervised the children during their playtime, playing with them, making sure they were safe and dealing with any situations properly and professionally. I have experience in working in an three 'ofstead outstanding' private nurseries. I have worked my way up from nursery assistant to nursery manager.
I am passionate about children's outdoor play where the children are able to have freedom, get involved in physical activities and play with other toys outside. I also like children to explore the world around them and provide them with a variety of experiences.
When babysitting I am able to:
Focus on the children at all times.
Show kindness, and understanding.
Follow the children's interests and build a learning experience through this.
Remain calm.
Keep children safe.
Be encouraging.
Follow any routines parents have put in place
Use appropriate grammar.
Show up for work on time
At the end of the day I will provide parents with a verbal or written report. This report will inform parents on the day we had, for example; what the child did, and learning moments or opportunities, what was eaten and what activities the child was involved in.
My Qualifications
I am level 3 qualified in Childcare and Education
I also hold a BA honours degree in early childhood studies and Education.
I am also qualified with a certificate in babysitting
I have an in date DBS and am signed up to the update service.
I also have other qualifications from college that I am happy to show to any parent that is interested.
My Availability

My Fees
- Babysitting from £13.00 per hour
- Nannying from £17.00 per hour (gross)
£16 an hour day time/evening.
£19 P/H overnight
