My Summary
About Me
Hi my name is Marie. I am Ofsted registered, paediatrics first aid qualified childminder.
I live in Tilehurst (RG31) with my husband and two sons.
I offer home from home environment that is safe, comfortable, friendly and flexible for children to learn and develop.
I enjoy taking the children out regularly to local parks, walks in the woods, feeding the ducks and toddler groups.
I have a variety of fun and educational toys for the children to play with and we enjoy making crafts, colouring, hama beads, play doh, cooking and painting.
I have a large enclosed garden for the children to play in with lots of toys and games for them to enjoy.
My Experience
I have been a childminder for 8 years and during that time I have looked after children ranging from 6 months to 11 years old who have had different needs and special dietary requirements.
During my time as a childminder I have had the privilege of looking after lovely children who have all, at times, had their own special requirements / needs. Be it anxiety issues, learning to potty train, forming friendships, gaining confidence to name a few. I find my job rewarding as I enjoy taking the time to support the children with their issues be it big or small and support the child and their family at this time.

My Availability
I have a term time space available on a Wednesday and Thursday from February 2023.
I can do drop off and pick up for Birch Copse School.
