About Us
I believe I am capable of being a great asset to your team as I have gained much experience with children aged 0-5. This experience has enabled me to achieve skills needed in order to perform well in my role as a practitioners in Early Years settings.
As I am currently studying a degree in Education studies,specifically in Early Years Education, it helps me to apply and implement the theories and Early Years Foundation Stage policies and legislations into practice. I am aware of the importance of play in children’s learning. It’s a way to help children to come to their full potential and helps them to understand the world they are living in. Furthermore,the studies and researches that the theorist such as Piaget and Vygotsky’s has been followed and undertaken into consideration by me. the study on the theory of the Zone of Proximal development is one of the most important theories to be considered by all the practitioners. Children learn how to concentrate and develop problem solving skills while doing activities and being observed by a practitioners.
