About Me
Hi im Lauren. I am 24 years old. I currently look after 2 little boys (2year old and 4 year old). I look after them for 4 days a week but that's going down to 3 days from January. So I am looking for a family who require 1-2 days childcare, or if you are interested in a nanny share then that is also possible. Please message if you are interested.
My Experience
I left school after my GCSE'S and went straight to college and completed my nvq level 3 in childcare. Whilst I was completing this I was also working full time in a private nursery which was also part of a wrap around care and holiday scheme. so all in all Iv worked with children from the age of 5 months to 13 years of age. Whilst working at the nursery I became room leader and key worker for the baby group and also became a joint deputy manager. I then left working at the nursery and became a nanny for 2 girls who were 5 and 8. I then started to look after A little boy from the nursery (known since he was 7minths old and nannied him from 2years old to 5 years old) I also worked in a leisure centre in the crèche and holiday club when I wasn't looking after the little boy and also as a carer to elderly people,
Currently I look after 2 brothers (2 and 4)
I also look after an autistic girl (aged 6 but known since she was a baby as went to the nursery I worked in) as and when around work. I am part of the charity called SILC which is a charity that helps disabled adultsand children live an independent life.
My Qualifications
nvq level 3 in childcare
GCSE'S (given on request)
first aid trained since January 2015
My Availability
I am available 5 days a week.
normally from 8am till 6pm but I am flexible
