Hi, Im Charlotte and have 10 years experience as a fully qualified Norlander. I have cared for children all over London, Oxfordshire and Bath with all ages ranging from newborn to 8 years. My training at Norland provided me a wealth of knowlegde and practical experiences and I have since then continued to cover many areas of early years development in my employment such as newborn care, weaning, settling children into new nurseries and schools, introducing new siblings, potty training, sleep training, behaviour management, moving house, first aid, working with same sex couples and more recently, home schooling. I also ensure that I am continuing my professional development by participating in new courses to make sure that I provide the most up to date practice in all of my jobs. I absolutely love working with children and look forward to meeting your family and helping out where I can!
