About Me
I am a 22 year old Graduate from the University of Birmingham. I am due to begin my PGCE next September to become a Primary School Teacher. I have always enjoyed working with children and I have a natural way around them. I am patient and caring as well as being fun and enthusiastic. I love getting involved in games and activities and enjoy staying busy.
My Experience
I am currently working in two schools, reading with children who are struggling and behind in class. This is extremely rewarding and requires patience and a strong awareness of the different children's ability.
I have been a full time nanny for two children (2 years old and new born). I had sole charge of the 2 year old son and took him to everything from the park and play group to having his hair cut! I also cared for the new born baby as the mother fractured a vertebrae in her back two weeks before she was due to give birth so was not very mobile. I cooked meals and tidied the house as well as taking care of the two children.
My Qualifications
My Availability
I would particularly enjoy doing after school pick ups and help with homework and evening activities as well as morning drop off if required. However I would also be interested in any other part time childcare. I am flexible with hours and would be willing to discuss options.
