My Summary

My Experience

I have a fondness for children and believe that they can be taught valuable life lessons during with child-minders in addition to the content of the National Curriculum. This will help them to grow emotionally and mentally into mature young people and it is this that I want to be a part of. I am passionate about having this positive input into the lives of young children.

I have studied BTEC diploma Health and social care which has helped me realize that working in a school is much more than a profession, it is a way of life, which includes life-long learning. Understanding this takes qualities such as being dedicated, intuitive, reassuring, possessing excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage the behaviour of students in a firm, caring, constructive and positive manner and being confident when handling the distress of parents. In addition to this you must also be reliable, trusting, able to develop relationships, be interactive, compassionate, motivated, ambitious and hardworking. I believe I possess these qualities and will develop further knowledge,

My first experience was working in a colleridge school as a volunteer from college,which I used to support teachers by preparing the classroom for lesson managing children behaviour and helping with lesson planning and providing admin supports, also used to help pupil with their reading
I have looked after my neighbours and families children and have plenty of experience caring for children and have awareness of the physical and emotion needs of child.

£4:00 per hour
after 5pm £5:00 per hour
£5:00 Pick up or drop of
£30 overnight.
£2.50 meals
