I am a professional nanny of 23 years and looking for a lovely new family to help and support . I am Currently looking for 4 days, to start October or November 2023, but can be flexible for the right family.
I am sadly leaving my current family because the youngest of 3 will be starting nursery.
BA HONS in Childhood and Youth Studies, DBS checked, Ofsted Registered and up to date first aid.
I am caring, ,fun, happy, social, reliable, creative and energetic. I create a loving and safe environment for the children to enjoy and develop within. My joy comes from seeing children flourish as they grow.
I ensure the children have lots of opportunities to socialise and learn about the world around them. Through classes, play dates and day trips to museums, farms, library etc.
I also love being in the outdoors activities in woods and parks so we learn from and appreciate nature around us. Which is great fun and the kids love it.
I also provide lots of fun within the home including painting, drawing, cooking, sensory play, music, building, as well as allowing the opportunity for independent play whereby children can make up their own games using toys or props.
Although I will keep the little ones busy, we will always make time for stories and cuddles or just simply have a babble or chat. Those moments are priceless!
I have a good reputation for building bonds with my past employers and very good communication skills.
I have lots of lovely references from previous employers and my current employers will be very happy to speak to you.

My Experience
Worked with new born babies up to early teenagers. Experience of looking after 2 babies the same age in shares.
Volunteered for a charity and Worked 1-2-1 with a child who was autistic providing respite for the parents.
I pride myself on being active and helping children to improve their manners / behaviour (where appropriate) and practiced in weaning babies, making healthy meals and potty training.
