I love the challenges that working with children brings, no two days are ever the same and their enthusiasm and excitement for life and new things is what personally makes my job worthwhile.
I am fun and outgoing, assertive, and easy to talk to. I love meeting new people and going to new places.
I also enjoy seeing friends and families, holidays, reading, festivals, cooking, listening to music and going to the cinema.
My Experience
I have been working with children for 14 years now after qualifying at Kingston college aged 18. My college course included a variety of placements including day nurseries, schools, hospital wards, and a mothers help position.
On qualifying from college i worked in a day nursery as nursery nurse in a baby room, before being promoted to room manager.
After this position i then worked in another day nursery as room manager for 4 years, in both the baby and toddler rooms. Shortly before i left i was chosen to attend a management course but had already been offered my next job.
I have now been a nanny for nearly 9 years, my first position was in London caring for 3 children who were 3 months, 18 months and 3 years. I was with this family for almost five years, until all of the children were in full time education.
Following this I relocated to Southampton and have been with my current family for 4 years.

CACHE NNEB/DNN (nvq level 3 eqv)
Food hygeine certificate
First aid trained
9 GCSES grades A-C
