My Experience

2022-present:
I am currently a deputy manager at a small setting in bath, my responsibilities have been to ensure the daily running of the setting has been met as well as completing weekly rota’s and ensuring all staff are meeting the different requirements of the setting.


2021- 2022:
I moved jobs to a small town just outside of bath (Midsomer Norton) I was a practitioner for four months working my way up to room leader and then becoming deputy manager in the sister nursery. My responsibilities were similar to the roles I had in my previous job.
I have also felt with an ofsted inspection during my time at this setting.

2013 - 2021 I worked at Combe down Nursery and I worked my way up from a nursery practitioner, senior nursery practitioner to Room leader. As a room leader it was my responsibility to ensure that all children attending the nursery are kept safe and receive rich stimulating play experiences which support all areas of learning and development. In addition to this I also have to meet the requirements of Ofsted registration with relation to delivery of the early years foundation stage curriculum, special needs, child protection and health and safety to ensure that the company policies and procedures are met.


I was a private nanny for Dr Millicent Stone. During these two years I was responsible for the safety and care of two children including taking care of household duties.

2012 - 2013: I worked full time as a early years nursery practitioner at Alice Park Nursery, I had the responsibility of the safety and care of a group of children between the ages of 9 months to 4 years. During my time here I planned and implemented different types of activities and adapted them to the children's needs. During these years I did extra courses such as communication and language, behaviour management and paediatric first aid
