Hi!
I am 21 years old and moved to Glasgow to study child care, I am fully qualified as a Child Development Officer. I have work in Glasgow City council nurseries as well as a cover staff member in private nurseries.
I love children and it is my passion to see them grow and develop. i am extremely enthusiastic about the early years and love planning activities which will enrich children's learning and fun.
I love the outdoors, sports and cultural fun such as museums, city walks, art galleries. I am a confident swimmer and have take part in swimming lessons for children and safety in the water.
I speak intermediate spanish after having lived in Argentina for 4 years and am keen to teach children the basics of learning spanish.
I also do cooking for the children and preparing of meals.
I am PVG and SSSC checked and registered.
My Experience
I have experience working in multiple areas of children care, from volunteering in orphanages in Asia, South american and also with children 1st in Glasgow.
I have worked with children from birth to age 12 in after school, summer camp, and nurseries.
I have worked in a number of nurseries and early years centres across Glasgow.
I have attended a number of training course regarding the importance of attachment and care when children are away from there parents, i am able to provide a safe and secure attachment with your children.

My Qualifications
I have a full high school diploma from the American International school of Argentina. Including higher qualifications in Maths, Science, English, Drama, and international Politics.
I am a fully qualified CDO (Nursery worker and certified to work with children aged from birth - 12). I studied in Glasgow for both NC and HNC qualifications.
I am up to date with the current curriculum used in the Scottish school system and have worked first hand implamenting the curriculum in the early years of education.
I have autism awareness training and can use most makaton signing ( currently studying level 3 of makaton)
I have experience working with children with a variety of addiotnal support needs such as social/emotional, physical, learning and behavioural needs.
My Availability
I am available for looking after children all day, school drop off and pick up, and over nights.
