I am a 22 year old graduate from Cardiff University, currently working in London for a Marketing agency. I have over 7 years childcare experience, and am looking to lend a hand in the evenings with babysitting, or possible weekend work when free.
In my spare time I enjoy baking, and getting involved in lots of sports, including captaining my University netball team in the past.
I am relatively flexible to work around the needs of a family, and hope to lend a hand in the most beneficial way.
I was previously qualified as a lifeguard for 4 years, which means I am first aid trained, along with my child/infant CPR training. As well as this I am DBS checked.
My Experience
I have babysat for a range of families since the age of 15, with the youngest child being 10 months old. I nannied for long summer periods, so plenty of new and updated references available. I have a range of experience with bathing, feeding and putting to bed children, if this was something a family was in need of.
On top of babysitting I used to spend my summers and Easter holidays as a Site Leader for a local Play Scheme run for children aged 5-12, where I ran a range of fun games and activities, as well as arts and crafts for over 35 kids.
Previous roles during secondary school, also included being a volunteer for the local Rainbows group for girls aged 5-7.
Achieving strong GCSE’s and Alevels in Maths, Economics and Geography; I offer a range of academic skills if needed for help with homework. Also last June I achieved a first class honours in Business and Management.
