About Me
My name is Lianne Radbourne, I am 22 years old and am newly registered with OFSTED to provide childcare in my own home. My main setting for the childminding will be from the beautiful Log Cabin which is situated in the garden of the house, built and designed specifically for children's learning and development. The Log Cabin will be used for the main activities that I plan for each day and for children to actively learn through purposeful play. I will be using the kitchen in the house for cooking activities, the downstairs toilet and the sofa room for quiet time. I will provide a range of activities to spark your child's interest but also to challenge them in order to further their development. Lianne's Little Learners is a lovely colourful setting that will ensure your child feels safe, secure and happy.
My Experience
I have worked as a volunteer in a primary school as a teaching assistant for 3 months, my previous Job, I have worked with adults with learning disabilities providing physical and emotional care.
My Qualifications
I have completed my Home Based Childcare course along with my Paediatric First Aid Training. I have completed a few short courses which include 'Delivering the Early Years Foundation Stage' 'Starting Out - Supporting Children's Emotional Well-being' and 'Expectations of Behaviour'. I have previously completed a Level 3 Teaching Assistant Diploma.

My Availability
My Childminding services will be available between 8am-6pm Monday - Friday. I will not be available on bank holidays or weekends and require 4 weeks holiday per year. I am looking for 3 full time children to look after aged between 0-5. I will provide care up to 3 children before and after school providing the children attend John Moore school on the Wheatpieces estate Tewkesbury.

My Fees
I charge £4 per hour for each child. I will charge half the money if your child does not attend my setting, e.g. If they are ill or on holiday. I will be charging half the money when I am on holiday, however if I am ill and unable to provide care, I will not charge for this. Additional fees may be charged for late pickup.
