I can not recommend Eileen more highly. As a first time mom I had the naive vision that mat leave would be a chance to tick off my to-do list while I watched my sleeping baby on the monitor. Ha! After six months of spending most of the day trying to get my daughter to take a nap with no time to so much as drink a hot tea I finally came to childcare.co.uk looking for help and thank god, we found Eileen. She came three days a week for 4-5 hours at a time and was the best part-time playmate, caregiver and teacher we could have ever hoped for. Not only was she responsibly and trustworthy, but she put a huge amount of thought and effort into activity planning (I would occasionally even get texts the night before she came asking if we had certain supplies or toys she could use). For my daughter, every day with Eileen meant fun trips to the park, visits to the library and even seasonal sensory play - she even brought her own pumpkin to our house after Halloween so that my daughter could experience a pumpkin carving! For me, every day with Eileen meant complete peace of mind that my daughter was safe, happy and learning. Eileen even did special projects with my daughter to make Thanksgiving and Christmas presents for us. When we first started looking for help I thought I would have to settle for someone who would keep my daughter safe and vaguely entertained. Instead we found Eileen, a brilliant parent and teacher who treated my daughter as her own, constantly thinking of new ways to help her reach her next developmental milestone and learn about the world. We loved our time with Eileen and know that she would be a wonderful support to any family.

I first contacted Eileen when my first born son was around 2 months old. It was very hard for me to leave him with someone else and Eileen made that transition so easy for me. She was so supportive and helped me so much as a first time mum. Eileen made sure that all of my baby's needs were met and went above and beyond to help us all as new family. She would sing, play, and read to him and always kept him busy and happy. She is always on time, reliable, and trustworthy. I honestly dont know what I wouldve done without her. We consider her as family.
I would highly recommend her.

Eileen was very supportive and understanding. She could always engage my 2 year-old daughter with interesting and useful activities as well as make her relaxed and peaceful with a good conversation. Eileen was always happy to share helpful tips, especially about routine organisation. She has organised my daughters first play date which went really well. She has become a good friend to our daughter and she always talks nicely about her. We are out of the UK at the moment but hope to work with her again when we are back.

Obviously finding someone to leave our precious 9 and 6 year children with, is one of the most important decisions we have had to make . From the start Elieen has been totally reassuring, understanding, trustworthy and reliable. We couldn't of asked for a better person to look after our children. Simply wonderful!, 5 stars. As a Mom, ifelt that my children were in the safest of hands. My children are asking for Elieen always.Thanks so much.

Many thanks. It was a pleasure to spend time with them.
We have used Eileen for babysitting on many occasions and have seen her in her capacity in school. She is great with the kids and is very knowledgeable about the development of children generally. From this experience I cannot recommend Eileen enough.
