She didn't show up at all on one day and left my son stranded in an after school club when I work an hour away and told me at 20 mins to time for pick up that she couldn't make it. Last straw was her coming 40 mins late to pick my son up from Drama making the teachers have to wait behind and of course making my son miserable at being the only one there for so long!! I think she has childcare issues of her own. Probably best she babysits for you at home. Don't rely on her for pick up etc. Sweet personality always says darling etc but can get a bit rude/aggressive when corrected.
