About Me
I am currently studying a Contemporary Art and Design Degree at Writtle University College and have just successfully finished my first year with a grade first.I absolutely love the course and the freedom it has given me to develop my skills further as both an artist and as an individual.
Over the years I have gained various experience over the years working with children in both nursery and schools settings, from 10 weeks old to 19 years old. I also have great knowledge and experience with SEN children and adults with qualifications relating to this sector. In particular I have experience with children and adults with SLD, ASD, CP, SEMH, ADHD, MLD, MSI, NVD, BPB, Downs Syndrome, NVLD, Global Development Delay, Echolalia, Epilepsy and Speech and Language Disorder.
I love working with children and young adults and I strive to bring new, fun ideas to help them grow and develop into amazing young individuals. I believe all children deserve equal opportunities to learn, play and be safe and to have an influence in helping children and young adults gives me such joy.
I hope to go on to qualify with honours and then study Art therapy and QTS. Teaching has always been my dream but along the way I have had such fantastic opportunities to work with the most amazing and some what challenging children in Essex that has made me want to have a bigger impact and influence in their lives.
I work extremely well under pressure and strive to work the very best to my ability learning new skills wherever and whenever I can.
